Attorney Charles H. Boyce, Jr.
Attorney Charles H. Boyce Jr. was born and raised in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area where he grew up in the Pleasant Grove section of Dallas. He attended E. B. Comstock Middle School, Skyline High School, and is a graduate of Desoto High School where he was recruited to play college sports as a basketball and football standout.
Mr. Boyce received an Athletic Scholarship to play football at Sam Houston State University where he was an All-Conference Football player for 3 of his 4 years playing. Sam Houston State is also where he received his undergraduate degree and met his wife Merle Boyce. Mr. Boyce had brief careers as an NFL player, parole officer, and probation officer before he and his wife started their own businesses within the Home Health Industry. Mr. and Mrs. Boyce provided jobs for more than 400 employees between their businesses.
Mr. Boyce returned back to school to received his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. His bar memberships include the U.S. Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Southern District of Texas, and Washington D.C.
He is married to Entrepreneur and business owner Merle Boyce, MBA; and is the father of 4 children. Mr. Boyce has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner in the Health Services Industry. His specialized knowledge and experience make him an excellent choice in helping resolve legal issues with Administrative Agencies, Bankruptcy Courts, and other federal law based issues.
